And more importantly why are we facing a global financial meltdown?

Below is the natal chart of the Federal Reserve Bank, which has been increasingly in the news recently with the looming massive national and global banking crisis currently dominating. The Federal Reserve Bank was established on Feb 13, 1913. Legislation was first presented in the early hours of the morning by Senator Nelson Aldrich, maternal-in-law to the Rockefellers, while most members of Congress were sleeping.

However the shortened version is that Obama would win while McCain’s campaign would fall apart. So far so good and I can’t see anything derailing the momentum that Obama has built up. Which brings me to the purpose of this email.

I did state in the last email that I preferred the candidacy of Congressman Ron Paul from Texas, who is a libertarian disguised as a Republican or that of Congressman Dennis Kucinich D-OH who is an extra-terrestrial disguised as a human being (but then again he is not alone?) My reasoning is that both men are advocating the repeal of the charter of the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), which has been in the news the past few weeks. So is Henry Gonzalez, a Texan Democratic Congressman and the ranking Chairman of the Housing Subcommittee of the House Committee on Banking and Financial Services. Every year he submits a bill proposing the overhaul of the FRB. Every year it is defeated or passed over. As we are currently, unbelievably facing a financial meltdown of the global financial markets, it would be of great benefit to understand the banking industry as it is currently run in the US. Most of us haven’t the slightest idea of how money is created though we know that the Federal Reserve Bank is the central institution providing financial remedy. So what is the FRB? Prepare to be shocked!!

Many Americans are unaware that the Federal Reserve bank is not a instrument of the US congress but is instead owned and governed by private financiers who loan money to the government, charge interest for which the taxpayer is forced to pay. The IRS is the collection agency of the Fed. In other words the Federal Reserve Bank is not at all a Federal institution; it is a private corporation run by wealthy and powerful banking families! Nor does it have any reserves whatsoever! The name was chosen to confuse and obfuscate the matter of their of existence. A communique sent at the turn of the century from the Rothschild investment house in England to its associate in New York remarked: "The few who understand the system...will either be so interested in its profits or so dependent on its favors that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending.will bear its burdens without complaint." All the primary owners are branches of European establishments.

Foreigners, almost entirely Jewish, control the United States money supply. They literally own exclusive rights to the dollar and simply enter dollars into their banks books to make money which they then lend back to us at a profit. For them money does not grow on trees, it is simply a data entry into their account. The Federal Reserve Bank is a consortium of twelve private banks which are not part of the United States Government. These private banks purchase paper notes from the U.S. mint for printing cost or simply enter digital money into their computer then lend back the money plus interest to the people through member banks. The profits go into the share holders of the bank's pocket's, the U.S. public receives no benefit. The Federal Reserve Bank's money fraud has devalued the dollar to about four percent of its worth in less than 100 years!

Clearly the private ownership of the U.S. Dollar is by far The Greatest Crime of the Century. The owners of this bank have been responsible for instigating all the major wars and depressions in the last 100 years. They own the bank, they own the dollar and they own all the major media channels, the military industrial complex and most politicians, judges and cops. The FRB has never been audited nor does it pay any income tax whatsoever. The bank is supposed to bring stability to the economy, however, almost every major marked crash and war can be attributed to the Federal Reserve Bank, including the Great Depression, WW I, WW II, the Gulf War, and the current catastrophic situation facing the nation and the world. The cost of this system to the U.S. public is hundreds of billions of dollars every year while holding the nation and people in a constant state of debt. There have been assassination attempts on every President who attempted to eliminate these private National Banks such as Lincoln, Jackson, Garfield, John F. Kennedy, Reagan as well as Robert F Kennedy and several congressman and senators who also opposed the bank.

The very reason why the American Revolution was fought in the first place was for the establishment of a national and independent treasury. Monetary historian Alexander Del Mar explains that “Lexington and Concord were trivial acts of resistance which chiefly concerned those who took part in them and which might have been forgiven; but the creation and circulation of bills of credit...were acts of a whole people and coming as they did on the heels of the strenuous efforts made by the Crown to suppress paper money in America they constituted acts of defiance so contemptuous and insulting to the Crown that forgiveness was thereafter impossible...there was but one course for the Crown to pursue and that was to suppress and punish those acts of rebellion...Thus the Bills of Credit of this era, which ignorance and prejudice have attempted to belittle into the mere instruments of a reckless financial policy, were really the standards of the Revolution. They were more than this: they were the Revolution itself."

For this reason the founding fathers of the nation wrote that Congress alone shall have the power to coin (create) its own money and regulate the value thereof. (Article One, Section Eight of the United States Constitution.) In 1935 the Supreme Court ruled that Congress cannot constitutionally delegate its power to another group. Unfortunately this is exactly what has happened. In producer Aaron Russo's must see movie "From Freedom to Fascism" when interviewing Congressman Ron Paul, Aaron asks: "So the Federal Reserve is actually an illegal entity functioning within the Federal Government?" Ron Paul's response: "It's illegal. And what we have given to this so-called agency is the authority to counterfeit money."

On June 10th 1932, Rep Louis T McFadden who had served for more than ten years as Chairman of the Banking and Currency Committee in the House of Representatives said in an address to congress, "We have in this Country, one of the most corrupt institutions the world have ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks. Some people think that the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions. They are not Government lnstitutions. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers. The Federal Reserve Banks are the Agents of the foreign central banks, in that dark crew of financial pirates, there are those that would cut a man's throat to get a dollar out of his pocket. Every effort has been made by the Federal Reserve Board to conceal its power, but the truth is the FED has usurped the Government. It controls everything here (in Congress) and controls all our foreign relations. It makes and breaks governments at will. When the FED was passed, the people of the United States did not perceive that a world system was being set up here. A super state controlled by international bankers and international industrialists acting together to enslave the world for their own pleasure!"

Senator Barry Goldwater wrote in his book With No Apologies. “Does it not seem strange to you that these men just happen to be the Council for Foreign Relations; and just happen to be on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, that absolutely controls the money and the interest rates of this Country and a privately owned organization which has absolutely nothing to do with the United States of America.?”

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous than standing armies. President Andrew Jackson said regarding bankers: "The bank, is trying to kill me, but I will kill it......You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the eternal God I will rout you out." Jackson as we know was survived a botched assassination attempt.

James A. Garfield the 20th president of the United States said "Whoever controls the money of a nation, controls that nation." He was assassinated in 1881, during the first year of his presidency.

"In the United States today we have in effect two governments. We have the duly constituted government. Then we have an independent, uncontrolled and uncoordinated government in the Federal Reserve System, operating the money powers which are reserved to Congress by the constitution." Congressman Wright Patman, Chairman of the House Banking and Currency Committee during the Roosevelt year.

The Fed was officially made lawful with the signature of Woodrow Wilson, 28th President of the USA, who immediately regretted his decision. “I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial Nation is controlled by a system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the Nation, therefore, and all its activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be the worse ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the world—no longer a Government of free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and vote by the majority, but the government by the opinion and duress of small groups of dominant men.”

In 1886 Lincoln said the following: "The money powers prey upon the nation in times of peace and conspire against it in times of adversity. It is more despotic than a monarch, more insolent than autocracy and more selfish than a bureaucracy. It denounces, as public enemies, all who question its methods or throw light upon its crimes. I have two great enemies, the Southern Army in front of me and the bankers in the rear. Of the two, the one at the rear is my greatest foe." Lincoln was also assassinated.

Please understand that as an astrologer, healer, and planetary alchemist, I believe that the reclaiming of our original cosmic intelligence will restore the earth and human beings to a life of harmony and fulfillment. I would prefer to write about this and will in upcoming emails but the financial/economic system is grabbing the nation’s attention now and the Federal Reserve Bank is increasingly in the news so here we are. The world is run by those who show up. Ostrich medicine of sticking your head in the ground will not work. Everyone needs to wake up.

One of the main astrological configurations that is occurring in the skies now and for the next year is the opposition between Uranus in Pisces and Saturn in Virgo. This was a major aspect (relationship) during the 60’s when social unrest with the war, civil rights, women’s rights,the environment were dominant. Then Uranus was in Virgo while Saturn was in Pisces. Now they are in a reverse position from where they were 40 years ago. Once again we find ourselves back at the beginning. And it is good that all of this is surfacing as it is time and there is unfinished business to attend to.

1) The opposition brings open conflict. But the resolution is that of balance and becoming conscious. Individually and collectively we are moving out of balance only to come into balance. That is how the opposition works.
2) Uranus is the planet of rebellion, sudden release of energy, radical transformation, new paradigms in technology and social engineering.
3) Saturn is the planet of structure, conservatism, authorities, fundamentalism as well as banking, politics, the establishment, the economy and corporations.
While there were sweeping changes in the 60’s, the major entrenched bastions of government and the financial systems did not and still has not changed. Now is the time for the government and the monetary system to transform. It is all falling apart so that it can come together in a new form. Judging by the increasing electorate more people are showing up to usher in a new era of transformation (which Obama’s chart clearly represents). Yet Obama or any president cannot do this alone nor should he or she be expected to do so.

If the information contained in these recent emails was made available to the large grass roots organization that Obama and his supporters have built, then the transition will be easier and conducted with full disclosure, and equal representation. If not the road will be rocky with rebellion and rioting breaking out as it did in the 60’s.

That was the easy part. Bear in mind that every nation, like every individual, has a shadow self. Underneath the guise of a freedom- promoting, democratic persona of the USA lies an entirely different character. It is extremely difficult to look into the heart of darkness and see your face mirrored there. But in order to reclaim the dark or the personal and collective shadow that is what we each must do. C.G. Jung, who coined the term shadow, states that 80% of the buried, disowned unconscious shadow is pure gold. Gold in Jung’s archetypal psychology (and alchemy) is personal illumination and individuation. We will return to this theme when we read the chart of Federal Reserve Bank in the next section below.

It explains where we are now with the current monetary crisis as well as the current global and social complications. However it is not without its debunkers and critics who claim to know the truth. I realize that the movie presents completely new information to the majority of Americans even though it has been published, printed or discussed in hundreds of books and especially on the internet. Here’s an example. Many Americans do not know that the grandfather of Presidents G.W. Bush and the father of G.H. Bush was a known financier of Nazi Germany. Despite what you hear in the mainstream media, there is nothing anyone can do to fix the monetary system as the money system itself is designed for debt and economic slavery for many or most. Of course most people are still completely unaware that the monetary system is detrimental to them and their families and friends. Bankruptcy and financial failure happen to other people until it happens to someone you know or even to yourself. Right now bankruptcy is facing an increasing percentage of Americans. The national average before this last quarter was 17%. That’s almost one in five people! Again that was before the current mortgage and financial crisis so that figure is likely to be higher. If you are middle aged female especially or an older person in general than the likelihood of bankruptcy increases.

Chapter 7 bankruptcies have increased 36.7% from year end June 30, 2007 to year end June 30, 2008.
Non-Business bankruptcies have increased 28.4% from year end June 30, 2007 to year end June 30, 2008.

I just read today that 90% of Americans are experiencing stress and losing sleep over the financial debacle. This does not have to be that way nor would it if we had the monetary system that our constitution established. The most telling part of this chart is the natal oppositional relationship between the Sun in Capricorn and Pluto in Cancer. The Sun rules external affairs, wealth, fame, fortune, and sovereignty. Capricorn is the sign of banking, corporations and politics. Pluto is a planet which signifies hidden treasures and in its negative or shadow form will use ruthlessness, secrets, murder, often on a large scale, and utter abuse of power to obtain it. Anyone who knows anything about the FRB as discussed in the last email and the zeigeist movie can easily see that this portrait is already right on the money (pun intended).

A derivative term of Pluto is that of plutocracy. The term plutocracy is generally used to describe two distinct concepts: one of a historical nature and one of a modern political nature. The former indicates the political control of the state by an oligarchy of the wealthy. This is why the American Revolution was fought, much to the consternation of established European monarchies who believed in their divine right to rule and control their subjects. The second usage of plutocracy is a pejorative reference to a disproportionate influence the wealthy are said to have on the political process in contemporary society.

As we examine the chart of the FRB we can see that our monetary system with the Sun (external affairs, wealth) dominated by negative Pluto, is definitely plutocratic, controlled not by a monarchy but by an oligarchy of ruthless and or brainwashed bankers operating in secrecy. The trickle down economic policy is a more congenial way to describe a plutocracy. Wealth is controlled by the Feds which simply creates money out of thin air. Much of the money that is said to exists only exists in cyberspace. Our monetary system was constitutionally designed to be debt free. If you watched the Zeitgeist movie or Zeitgeist: the Addendum you will understand that under the present system, money is debt which is why everyone is in debt. Even if you are not in personal debt you owe taxes to the government, which is buried in debt and always will be under the present system.

Currently Pluto is poised to move back into Capricorn and conjoin (occupy the same degree in the same sign) the Sun at one degree and oppose it’s natal position. This already occurred about five months which is when this dollar began to weaken against foreign currency, which are also fiat or debt based currencies or in other words plutocracies. Since the Fed is designed to operate behind the scenes, any scrutiny will continue to be scrupulously avoided. The question is will the present impact of transiting Pluto destroys the Fed completely and gives birth to a whole other form or will it reemerge intact albeit in another veiled form. Either one has to happen as Pluto will always destroy what is outworn, old, no longing useful or working. Pluto is simultaneously constructive and destructive.

This is a rather dire situation one that will either offer rebirth and regeneration or imprison us once again in the murky confines of the shadow. Pluto is a planet of extremes ruling the opposites as perfectly represented by the yin/yang symbol as well as the mythology of the Phoenix rising from the ashes of its old life, renewed and resplendent with Soul Life. However regeneration and empowerment is first and foremost an inside job within each individual as it was with the founding members of the USA. Did you know that every person born in the USA is a sovereign citizen with all the rights of a sovereign nation? Our founding fathers were extremely Uranian!! Earlier this year I wrote about the likelihood that the banking and financial systems would collapse and that corporations would have to embrace people as their greatest resource and not the ruthless, destructive pursuit of profit at the expense of Mother Earth (Capricorn as Gaia) and the souls of the people, especially those under their employ. In other words we need to move from a monetary based system to a resource basis. It’s not whether we have the money but whether we have the resources, a question the movie Zeitgeist asks and then answers in the affirmative. We have 40 years of preparation. There are leaders such as Al Gore and many others both inside and outside the system who understand what needs to be done and have the credentials to lead.
